David Freedman
President & CEO
David Freedman was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. After graduating high school at the top of his class, David decided to head west to Arizona State University to pursue a degree in Business. It was then, during his senior year at ASU, when David first came up with the concept that would later be molded into Tempe12. As the current President & CEO, David oversees all day-to-day operations of Tempe12. David enjoys spending his free time supporting his hometown Philadelphia sports teams.

David Carstensen is the current Director of New Media and Web Development for Tempe12. Born and raised in rural Lawton, Oklahoma, David moved to the Valley Of The Sun in ‘99 to pursue degrees in both Journalism and Multimedia. In addition to handling the day-to-day operations of Tempe12.com and overseeing all print and media projects, David is a loving husband, father and avid Cleveland Browns fan.

A Chicago-native, Michael eats, sleeps and breathes Tempe12. When it comes to work, he’s all business. With the exception of an occasional A-Rush break, he is nose-to-the-calendar all day without complaint! With a degree in Marketing from Arizona State, he hopes to use his knowledge to get Tempe12 on the walls of every college student in the country. If you can’t catch him in the office, he’s probably watching the Chicago WhiteSox, Bulls or Bears or eating exotic cuisine.

Born and raised in Tucson, AZ Carlos decided it was time to make a change and moved north to Phoenix. Carlos is finishing up his double major in Marketing and Psychology at Arizona State University. Upon joining Tempe12 he earned the nickname “Los.” Known for his wit, work ethic, and great hair, “Los” is a clutch player in the Tempe12 team. He enjoys soccer, school and spending time with his loved ones.
